What can I buy on LearningChief?
You can buy a Standard Bundle (a one-off purchase of £19.99 for lifetime access to a complete Key Stage pack) or a VIP AI All-Access Membership (a monthly or yearly subscription unlocking all bundles plus 40–50 monthly AI credits).
What are AI Credits and how do they work?
Think of AI Credits as tokens for your AI toolkit. Generating a custom worksheet or marking a piece of work via a photo snap uses exactly 1 Credit.
Do I need credits to download ready-made packs?
No! VIP members get unlimited downloads from our pre-built Printables Library. Downloading these ready-made packs does not use any AI credits.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Your AI credit balance automatically refreshes every single month on your billing renewal date (40 credits for Monthly VIPs and 50 credits for Yearly VIPs). If you use all your credits before the month ends, your balance will simply top up automatically at the start of your next billing cycle!
The AI didn't mark a question correctly, or I found a bug. What should I do?
Don’t worry! While our AI handwriting engine is highly advanced, accurate tracking depends heavily on the legibility of the photo and the writing. Handwriting variances, page folds, or poor lighting can occasionally cause a marking slip.
For the best results, make sure the child’s letters and numbers are written clearly, the page is flat, and the photo is taken in a well-lit room without heavy shadows or blur. If you spot a genuine marking error while using the AI Toolkit, click the Settings (Gear Icon) at the top right, select “Report an Error”, and use our built-in reporting tool to point right to the issue. Once verified, we will happily drop 1 bonus AI credit into your account as a thank-you for helping us improve!

Can I use one VIP account for multiple children?
Yes, absolutely! We know many families have more than one little learner, so we’ve made it incredibly easy to manage everyone under a single subscription.
You can create separate student profiles for each of your children right inside your dashboard. To add a child, simply tap your profile settings icon at the top right, select “Add Profile”, and enter their name and year group. Your monthly or annual AI credits are shared across your entire account, allowing you to generate custom worksheets and mark physical work for all your kids under one seamless login!
